A traditional agent charges you 3% of your home's sale price to sell your home. When we charge you 3% we will rebate 1% of it back to you or if we agree to list your property for 2.5% we will still rebate 0.5% of it back to you at the close of escrow, as indicated on final HUD1.(negotiated listing commissions of less than 2.5% will receive a flat $500. Rebate at the close of escrow as indicated on final HUD1).
* Rebate is available to buyers who close escrow with a real estate agent of Palm Realty of San Diego acting as their sole and exclusive real estate agent for their home purchase. Commission Rebate is calculated based on the cooperating real estate broker commission actually received by the agent of Palm Realty of San Diego/ If the Cooperating Brokers’ commission is 3% or higher Palm Realty will Rebate 1% of that commission to the buyer; if the Cooperating Brokers’ Commission is 2.5% - 2.99% then Palm Realty of San Diego will Rebate 0.5% to the Buyer; if the cooperating Brokers’ Commission is 2%-2.49 the Rebate is a flat $500(five hundred Dollars), all transactions involving less than 2% cooperating commission to the buyers agent will not be entitled to any rebate. All Rebates are applied through Escrow to the buyer at the close of escrow as indicated on the final HUD1 for representing the buyer, minus any allowances or deductions paid by Palm Realty of San Diego and or it's agents as related to the transaction. At times, seller and/or listing brokers in a real estate transaction may offer the buyers’ broker an additional bonus or incentive above the base cooperating brokerage commission. These bonuses are separate and apart and are not used in calculating the rebate.
Note: The amount or rate of real estate commissions is not fixed by law. They are set by each Broker individually and may be negotiable between seller and Broker.
